The Role
Junior React Developer
Are you a React developer looking for a unique and interesting role within the property industry? We are looking for a skilled developer to join our development team working on a wide range of exclusive projects.
To ensure success in this role, we would like you to have in-depth knowledge of JavaScript and React concepts and knowledge of progressive web applications. Whilst this will be a primarily React-based role, we would from time to time require you to work on our older Vue-based applications.
Role Responsibilities:
· Meeting with the development team & stakeholders to discuss and plan projects.
· Developing and implementing React-based applications using NextJS & React Native.
· Troubleshooting and debugging existing projects.
· Monitoring and improving front-end performance.
· Documenting application changes & developing updates.
Role Requirements:
· 6 months previous commercial experience working with React. (or similar frameworks)
· In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, SASS/CSS, HTML and front-end concepts.
· Knowledge of React-based frameworks (e.g. NextJS, React Native, Redux).
· Experience with browser-based debugging and performance testing.
· Excellent troubleshooting skills.
Desirable Requirements:
· Knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g. Jest & Mocha).
· Experience working with Docker & Kubernetes.
· An understanding of Amazon Web Services (primarily; Route53, S3, EKS, Cloudfront).
